Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak or pork
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. rice
    1/4 Tbsp. minced garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak or pork into small cubes and brown in oil in a skillet.
    Drain pimentos and mushrooms.
    Add to steak.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cover skillet or put into casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
