Pecan Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. presifted cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 1/4 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat waffle iron.
    Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Set aside (use medium bowl).
    In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks, milk and salad oil.
    Gradually add flour mixture, a little at a time.
    In small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form when beater is raised.
    With rubber scraper, fold egg whites into batter mixture.
    Stir in pecans.
