Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/3 c. precooked rice
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    2 c. cooked tomatoes, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 (8 oz.) cans seasoned tomato sauce
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburg, browned and drained
Preparation
    Cook green pepper, onion and rice in oil until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add to rice mixture along with tomato sauce, tomatoes and meat.
    Mix and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
