Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
3 c. cold milk
Cool Whip (to garnish)

Preparation

First Layer:
Combine flour, margarine and nuts.
Press evenly into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Cool.
