English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. sour cream
    6 slices bacon, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. cashews (if salted, omit salt)
    3 Tbsp. ripe olives
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix peas, cheese, olives, cashews, bacon and onions.
    In small bowl, blend sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Add to peas; mix and coat gently and chill.
