Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large onion
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 small loaves frozen bread
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 lb. sausage
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Finely chop onions and peppers.
    Put in a jar.
    Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
    Brown meats together; season with salt and pepper (garlic salt is good).
    Roll bread dough out in a circle.
    Sprinkle meat over bread.
    Then onions and peppers and then grated cheese.
    Roll like a jelly roll.
    Let sit on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter and bake for 30 minutes (until brown) at 350\u00b0.
