Brown Rice Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice
    1/4 c. Mazola corn oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. hulled raw sunflower seeds
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Heat corn oil in frypan.
    Add onions and cook until translucent.
    Add sunflower seeds and cook 1 minute to brown.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Add cooled rice and toss to mix well.
