Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
13 oz. can Milnot
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and cool.
Whip Milnot until stiff.
Cream the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Combine everything until well mixed.
Pour into crust; sprinkle with a few crumbs or top with cherry or blueberry topping.
Cover and chill 24 hours.
