Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 1/2 c.flour
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon and sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and mix well with sugar.
Add unbeaten egg whites. Add flour gradually.
Add vanilla.
Drop batter by teaspoonful on cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until edges are brown (about 10 minutes, checking after 5 minutes).
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar while still hot.
