Meat Balls And Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
flour
2 green peppers, sliced
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
3 Tbsp. oleo
2 medium onions, minced
Preparation

Combine milk and bread crumbs in mixing bowl.
Add ground beef, salt, pepper and celery salt.
Mix thoroughly and shape into 12 balls.
Roll in flour.
Fry in skillet with oleo until brown. Add green peppers and onions.
Brown lightly.
Add boiling water and beef cubes.
Cover.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
