Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 or 7 medium zucchini, sliced medium thin or chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can creamed chicken or cream mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 bag dressing mix

Preparation

Steam zucchini and onion for five minutes.
Combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise and carrots.
Add to zucchini and onion.
