Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can green chilies, diced
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef in a large frying pan. Add sour cream, chicken soup and green chilies. Simmer on low heat. Mix cheese and onion together. Layer in large dish the beef mix, then tortillas, cheese and onion mixture. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. May cover with foil. Top with lettuce and tomatoes and green pepper.
