Broccoli Ginger Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. bite size broccoli florets
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. minced ginger root
Preparation
    Heat large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add oil and heat until it ripples.
    Add broccoli, garlic, soy sauce and ginger root.
    Stir-fry for 2 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
    Serves 8 (1/2 cup each).
