South Georgia "Caviar" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
    2 c. chopped red and green bell peppers
    1/4 c. chopped fresh jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir gently to blend. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
