Welsh Rabbit On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) freshly, grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. beer
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard or 1 Tbsp. regular mustard
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in double boiler or a 2 to 3-quart heavy saucepan, except egg.
    Do not boil.
    Stir often.
    Remove from heat and stir in beaten egg.
    Pour over toast.
