Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, oil and cinnamon; beat well, then add flour and mix well.
Stir in grated carrots.
Grease and flour three 8-inch pans or two 9-inch pans.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
