Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked dried apples
    3 whole eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 c. plain flour
    1 c. melted butter
    1 c. blackberry jam
Preparation
    Cook apples and mash.
    Cream butter, sugar and beaten eggs; mix flour, soda, salt and spices.
    Mix flour mixture with butter mixture; add apples, jam, nuts and raisins.
    Mix
    well.
    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes until done.
