Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped or grated
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, pepper, onions, pimento and cheese and put in casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Pour melted butter over all and top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, until all cheese is melted and good and hot.
    Serves 4 or 5.
