Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until fluffy.
Stir together flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cake tester is clean.
Cool and frost.
