Five-Minute Dijon Chicken For One(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless chicken breast half
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or diet mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts, pecans or whole pine nuts
Preparation
    Place chicken breast half on a micro-safe plate; cover with plastic wrap and micro-cook on High power 3 minutes.
    Let stand covered while toasting the nuts and making the sauce.
