Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick
flour
1 c. shredded extra sharp cheese
Preparation

Let cheese and sausage set at room temperature until soft enough to mix well.
In large bowl, mix all 3 ingredients with hand as dough will be stiff.
Chill slightly, then pinch off desired amount to make into ball (a little larger than marbles). Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
This mixture can be frozen.
