Cheese-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
    1 (5 oz.) glass jar pimento cream cheese
    1 c. whipping cream or 1 c. Cool Whip
    1 small box lime gelatin
    1 1/2 c. water and juice combined
Preparation
    Heat liquid; dissolve gelatin and allow to thicken.
    Mix pineapple, cheese and Cool Whip.
    Add to thickened gelatin.
