Peaches Flambe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup Apricot jam
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup water
peaches - 1 lb 13 oz (drained)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup brandy
1 quart Vanilla Ice cream
Whipped cream for garnish
Preparation

Combine jam, sugar and water in a chafing dish, simmer 5 minutes until like syrup.
