Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 bell pepper
1 small onion
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 (16 oz.) bag mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. water
Preparation

In a large skillet, combine water, oil and chicken.
Cook over medium heat until done.
Stir in onion and bell pepper.
Stir in mixed vegetables and cooked rice.
Stir-fry until all vegetables are tender.
Add dash of soy sauce.
