Horseradish Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. horseradish, drained
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whipped whipping cream
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add vinegar and salt.
Let cool. Add horseradish and whipped cream. Pour into a decorative mold and chill.
An accompaniment for lamb or ham that is fabulous!
