Sue'S Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 (5/8 oz.) bottle red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together oil, sugar and eggs.
    Sift cocoa with flour and salt.
    Add flour and milk alternately.
    Add vanilla and food coloring.
    Mix well.
    Beat in soda and vinegar last.
    Pour into greased and floured cake pans (3).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until tests done.
    Cool and ice with icing.
