Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers, cut in half lengthwise
    1/2 lb ground beef
    4 or 5 crackers, crushed
    1/4 c uncooked rice
    1/4 c water
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Place pepper halves in greased Pyrex dish.
    Combine meat, onion, cracker crumbs, rice, water, salt and pepper.
    Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Pour soup over and around peppers.
    Add garlic.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Remove garlic before serving.
