Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef, cut in bite size pieces
    1 pkg. onion soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. red Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Place beef and soup in casserole.
    Mix together.
    Pour wine over all.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.
