Crunchy Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice mix
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice mixture and set aside.
    Cook sausage, beef and onion until brown.
    Drain.
    Add rice, mushrooms, chopped chestnuts, soy sauce.
    Stir well.
    Spoon into an ungreased 2 quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    If ready to eat now, bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
