Sour Cream Cheddar Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Combine butter, sour cream and cheese. Stir in flour. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into ungreased mini-muffin pans. Bake 15 minutes or until brown. Remove from pan immediately.
