Sue'S Texas Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    7 oz. can whole kernel corn, well-drained
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of 12 muffin cups. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.
    In medium bowl combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Mix well.
    Stir in bacon and corn.
