Chocolate Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. devil's food or chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    35 (10 oz.) caramels
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine cake mix and nuts.
    Cut in butter. Stir in 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
    Spread 1/2 batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
