Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    3 to 6 oz. oil marinated artichoke hearts
    5 green onions, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) olives, diced
    1 large green pepper, diced
    3 celery, diced
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice in chicken broth for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Chop and dice next 6 items.
    Mix with marinade juice.
    May use brown rice, it's a healthy choice.
