Stuffed Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    4 oz. sour cream
    dash of salt
    1 lb. crisp-fried bacon, crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    40 to 50 whole jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Wash and deseed peppers.
    Cut in half.
    Put in container of cold water and
    soak
    for
    4 or more hours (if time permits; this makes them
    crisp).
    Drain
    on paper towel and fill peppers.
