Melon Salad With Orange-Honey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium cantaloupe
    1/2 medium honeydew melon
    1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
    8 Boston lettuce leaves
    1 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
    ground nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Peel melons; discard seeds and membranes.
    Cut each melon lengthwise into 8 slices.
    Divide melon and grapes evenly among 4 lettuce-lined salad plates.
