5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat
4 carrots
4 potatoes (large)
2 or more ribs celery
3 large onions
1 large can tomatoes
1 can water
1 Tbsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Place all the ingredients in Dutch oven.
Cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours.
Remove cover and bake 1 more hour.
