Potluck Kraut Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck, drained
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 c. celery, minced
    1 (29 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can (soup) water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
    Cover and bake 2 hours or until rice is done.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
