Chocolate Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    4 oz. semi-sweet or sweet chocolate
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk in saucepan, stirring until melted.
    Beat sugar into cream cheese, add remaining milk and chocolate mixture, beat until smooth.
    Fold chocolate mixture into whipped topping, saving a small amount of whipped topping to \"ice\" pie (if desired).
    Blend until smooth.
    Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
    Use any remaining whipped topping to spread on top.
    Shaved chocolate can be used to garnish.
    Store any leftover pie in refrigerator.
