Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. water or milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 20).
    Arrange in 11 x 7-inch dish.
    Cook on High for 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 minutes.
    Rearrange halfway through cooking.
    Drain.
    Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
