Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) canned biscuits
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil (I use 2/3 c.)
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs (I use Egg Beaters)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 large box vanilla instant pudding (dry)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Use what is left in the bowl and add oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, pudding mix and nuts. Add to mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into 2 large loaf pans or one Bundt pan, well-greased and sugared (mixture of sugar and cinnamon).
    Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top also.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or more, depending on your oven.
