Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 eggs
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    1 lb. small cocktail wieners
    oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except wieners) together.
    Make into 1-inch balls.
    In a heavy skillet, pour about 1/2-inch oil for frying.
    Cook meatballs until they start to brown. Take up.
