Pineapple Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

1 can chunk pineapple, drained
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Add pineapple juice and lemon juice, then pineapple and cheese.
Melt butter and mix well with crushed crackers.
Pour pineapple cheese mixture into 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with buttered Ritz crackers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
