Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small mushrooms
    1 onion, minced
    1 garlic clove
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 to 3 bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 c. dry white wine
    2 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms in cold, salted water.
    Drain and place in saucepan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over mushrooms. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Cool, cover and refrigerate.
