Shredded Beef B~B~Q Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-12 lb. Boneless Chuck Roast
    2 Lg Chopped Onions
    2 Chopped Green Peppers
    2 Bottles Ketchup
    4 tsp. BBQ Sauce
    6 Tbsp. Vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Pepper
    3 Cups Water
Preparation
    Remove fat from roast.
    Put all ingredients in large roaster pan.
    Bake for 6 hours on 300 degree
    Shred with fork.
    Serve on Buns.
