Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal steak
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    3 c. Italian bread crumbs
    olive oil
Preparation
    Pound veal steak thin or partially freeze veal roast and slice thin.
    Beat eggs; add Romano cheese, salt and black pepper.
    Add veal slices to egg mixture and let set for 1 hour.
