Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make thin enough to pour through funnel.
    Fry in skillet 1/2 to 3/4 full of shortening.
    Sprinkle with 10x sugar.
