Hot Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 jalapeno peppers
    4 onions
    3 tsp. minced garlic
    3 tsp. cilantro
    4 cans choice cut peeled tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut jalapenos into slices.
    Dice onions.
    Empty one can of tomatoes into food processor with approximately 1/3 of jalapenos and onions, 1 teaspoon garlic and cilantro.
    Repeat process until all ingredients are used.
    Mix in very large bowl; salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes approximately 3 to 4 quarts.
    You may vary how hot it is by increasing or decreasing the number of cans of tomatoes you use.
