Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

14 qt. powdered milk
22 oz. powdered coffee creamer
1 (2 lb.) box Nestle Quik
1 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar
1 c. cocoa (for richer chocolate flavor)

Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Store in airtight container.
Use approximately 3 heaping teaspoonfuls of powder per 1 cup of hot chocolate.
