Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 cup chopped nuts
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1 cup raisins or currants or blueberries
    *3 eggs
    *1 cup oil
    *2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl stir together all ingredients until you get to * sign.
    In another bowl beat eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Pour over flour mixture.
    Stir until moistened.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans or one 9x13 oblong pan.
    Do not fill full.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
