Ukranian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    4 small onions chopped
    1/4 c. parsley
    2 tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. beef cubes
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Heat oil, brown meat.
    Remove meat, saute onions in pan. Return meat to pan, stir in 1 1/2 c. water.
    Add rest of ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Place in a baking pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours, keeping tightly covered.
